Significant Improvement in Bone Density

Having had a bone density test several years ago., I was pleased to see my recent results. I had a significant improvement in bone density from my previous test. During the time between the tests I began doing yoga and I can only attribute this improvement to doing yoga on a regular basis.

Also, for many, many years I had lower back pain when lifting. After working with Master Christina for my back I am pleased to see improvement. With the instruction from Master Christina yoga and Tai Chi are working for me and my overall well-being.
